Dear Parents, I would like to share a very sad incident happened with my son in Sanfort school, Gyan Khand-1, Indirapuram branch . The school was owned by Ajay Tiwari and his wife Preeti Sharma. My son has availed day care facility in this school. In starting few months of admission very good facility was provided in day care. Proper diet lunch with evening snacks, pampered take care by didis . But recently from last few months (Jan’17) my son started complaining about the staff bad behaviour with him. Initially we ignored her words in impression that he might had did something wrong . But day to day his complaining about day care staff has increased. My son reported me that in day care sir (Mr. Ajay Tiwari) use to hit children with wooden stick. When any one refused to sleep in afternoon Ajay Tiwari hit them by stick. Even he was hited by Ajay Tiwari many times badly on his back. When I enquired this incident they refused by saying that my son is lying. I request him to show CCTV footage but they strongly denied to show footage. Ajay Tiwari misbehaved very badly with me also and used very abusive words. The day I realised my son was right and from so many days he was in trouble. I thought of doing Police FIR against school management but Preeti Sharma apologise of her husband behaviour and requested not to take any further steps against school. The owner -Ajay Tiwari is very aggressive and arguing person and don’t bother about parents concerns. I request all parents don’t give admission in day care in this branch if your kid is less than 4 years of age. Reason being small kids won’t be able to express their feelings if something wrong happened with them in day care. Looking my son situation I thought of sharing this feedback with all parents. If your kids are still availing facility of this school please do check with them daily. Day Care Meal: In lunch, weekly thrice they served potato curry. However during admission they committed that all season vegetables will be served to children which was a false promised. They charged extra for evening snacks and served afternoon left chapattis as evening snacks.
