Yes!! there should be some act against the fees just like in Gujrat. that should be implemented in all states....

Court case will take years,schools flatly refuse to comply DM' s orders to form joint committees, means nothing is going to change on ground & parents will have to pay as per school's dictates.State govt or local admin remain helpless.

Every year what we have been witnessing is that school is increasing fees 15%
Also charging building charge every year. If we go by that rule the school building should be ours because we are paying for it And on top of that charging every year a high annual fees

Fees hike should definitely be controlled by government...Same laws like Gujarat should be implemented all over India. As private schools have been taking money in name of fees and taking bookfee in thousands .There is no control, no check & no transparency..Narendra Modiji needs to seriously look into the matter.
