Bal Bharati Public School - Pitampura

Bal Bharati Public School (BBPS), Pitampura is a coeducational day school affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. The school was promoted in 1984 by the Child Education Society to cater to the needs of the residents of North Delhi. The school is one amongst the 14 schools managed by the Child Education Society. Having started with student strength of 150 and 6 staff members, Bal Bharati Public School (BBPS), Pitampura has come a long way today with an enrolment of 4975, 203 teaching and 45 non- teaching members. The mission of BBPS, Pitampura is “Holistic development of its students and preparing them for global citizenship that is committed to social change.” The school also aims to “inculcate life skills in the children to help them cope with changes and challenges and instill sensitivity and commitment to the environment and finally train children to comprehend and revere human values.”
